Dr. Martens regularly carry out a 3 day launch event for their crucial stakeholders, distributors and subsidiary partners from around the globe. Jaskiran Project Managed the launch of the AW15 collections whilst at her position at creative agency RART. The task was to showcase the full breadth the Dr. Martens collections with the brand aesthetic in mind, whilst referencing the current marketing campaign. Marrying all of avenues and ensuring the client was happy at all times Jaskiran's role in this enabled RART to deliver to Dr. Martens the full concept, design, build and production for the entire launch. Aside from regular liason with the client Jaskiran managed the design team and production teams. She also creatively directed the carpentery and lighting companies ensuring every person involved knew what was required for the set build whilst keeping this within strict budgetary constraints.
